Stop Motion Film - FINALLY!!!!

It's taken me forever to post, but here is the final result of my experimentation with stop motion!!!

Taking a twist on the ancient Indonesian folk tale, 'Buaia and Baruk,' this short film tells a story about a monkey outsmarting a crocodile. Made completely from scratch, the characters are hand cut from black paper and laid upon a background composed of layered plexi glass and tissue paper. Through the visual image this technique creates, I wanted to reference the traditional Indonesian Wayang Kulit (shadow puppets used in Indonesian story telling)
